CreatorOps by nCrypt
The technical layer behind your business, finally owned by someone.
CreatorOps is fractional technical operations for creators, agencies, and online-first businesses — the accounts, infrastructure, automations, and admin that keep everything running, handled by someone other than you.
NZ$995 a month, plus NZ$750 onboarding. A free 20-minute review comes first, before you commit to anything.
What CreatorOps takes over
- Accounts and access
- Cloud, web and infrastructure
- SaaS and automation
- Reliability and recovery
- Technical operations and support
You recognise this.
Most online businesses hit the same wall on the way up — the technical side of the business quietly becomes the founder's second, unpaid job.
- You're still the one who fixes it when something breaks.
- Nobody's entirely sure who owns the domain, the hosting, or the Workspace admin account.
- Your tools are spread across a dozen logins, most of which live in your head.
- Contractors have come and gone. Some of them still have access.
- An automation quietly stopped working, and nobody noticed for weeks.
- The documentation for "how this actually works" doesn't exist.
- Backups exist, probably. Nobody's tried restoring one.
- One person holds most of the technical knowledge — and it isn't a technical person.
- The technical to-do list gets pushed to "next month," every month.
- Small technical fires keep interrupting the work that actually makes money.
None of this means something is broken. It means the business has grown past the point where one person can keep holding all of it.
What CreatorOps takes ownership of
You don't need an IT department. You need someone who owns this.
CreatorOps takes day-to-day ownership of the technical layer behind your business, grouped into five areas.
Accounts & access
Identity and permissions, employee and contractor onboarding/offboarding, and SaaS administration — so access matches who's actually still on the team.
Cloud, web & infrastructure
Domains, DNS, Cloudflare, hosting, servers, and the other infrastructure your website and business tools sit on.
SaaS & automation
Administration of your business applications, plus n8n, Make, Zapier, and the APIs and integrations connecting them.
Reliability & recovery
Backups, monitoring, recovery planning, and the technical continuity work that only matters the day something goes wrong.
Technical operations & support
Remote troubleshooting, vendor coordination, documentation, and ongoing decisions about the tools and systems you run on.
Built for teams that depend on technology, not teams built around it.
CreatorOps is for solo operators through roughly 20-person online-first businesses that rely heavily on technology but don't need — or can't yet justify — a dedicated IT, DevOps, or cloud person.
Good fit
- Creators, media, and content businesses, including VFX, video and design studios
- Digital agencies
- Online educators and coaches/consultants
- Ecommerce businesses
- SaaS and software businesses
- Other online-first businesses running on a stack of SaaS, cloud, and automation tools
Not a fit
- Businesses that need a large onsite helpdesk
- Teams looking for unlimited custom development
- Organisations that need enterprise 24×7 NOC coverage as standard

The service
What exactly does CreatorOps handle?
Accounts and access, cloud/web infrastructure, SaaS and automation, backups and recovery, and day-to-day technical operations and support. See what we take ownership of above for the full breakdown.
Is CreatorOps an MSP?
Not in the traditional sense. There's no onsite helpdesk and no ticket queue for a building full of staff. CreatorOps is fractional technical operations for whoever currently plays "IT department" for their own online business.
Can you work alongside an existing MSP, developer, or agency?
Yes. Vendor coordination is part of the service — CreatorOps can work alongside an existing developer, agency, or provider rather than replacing them.
Do you need our passwords?
No. Never send passwords, MFA or recovery codes, private keys, API secrets or tokens, or card details. We use account invitations, delegated admin access, SSO or another owner-approved method.
Fit and scope
Do you support solo creators?
Yes. Solo operators are a core part of who CreatorOps is built for, alongside small teams up to around 20 people.
What size businesses do you support?
Roughly solo through 20-person online-first teams. If you need a large onsite helpdesk or enterprise 24×7 NOC coverage as standard, CreatorOps isn't the right fit.
Do you work internationally?
CreatorOps is based in New Zealand and focused on NZ and Australia first, but the service is remote-first and capable of supporting international clients.
What is included in the monthly service?
Ongoing remote technical operations, administration, troubleshooting and advisory support for systems agreed during onboarding. An onboarding meeting and up to one scheduled 20–30 minute service review each month, when useful, are included.
What counts as separate project work?
Major migrations, substantial implementations, development, substantial new automation, large infrastructure changes, hardware projects and work materially outside the agreed environment are scoped and quoted separately.
When is support available?
Requests are handled during normal New Zealand business hours, with urgent operational issues prioritised. After-hours assistance is available by arrangement, charged separately according to scope and requirements.
Getting started
What happens during onboarding?
Onboarding starts from your Technical Health Check Review. CreatorOps maps your current accounts, access, and systems, agrees the priorities, and then moves into ongoing monthly ownership.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is required on the monthly plan. Service is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Can I prepay?
Monthly is the default. Six months prepaid is NZ$6,421.50 including onboarding (NZ$5,671.50 service after a 5% discount, plus NZ$750 onboarding). An annual commitment is NZ$11,940 upfront for 12 months of service, with onboarding included. Both prepaid options are commitments for the prepaid term. Once that service period begins, prepaid service fees are not normally refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed.
Who can request work or approve spending?
Your contracting organisation nominates a Client Representative, Billing Contact, Authorised Requestors and Purchasing Approvers during onboarding; one person can hold every role. Normal requestors cannot approve extra spending. Sensitive or destructive changes may need the Client Representative's confirmation.
