What this covers

These terms apply to your use of creatorops.nz and, once you engage us, CreatorOps Technical Operations. The contracting provider is NCRYPT LIMITED, NZ company number 8234662.

The free Technical Health Check & Review

The Technical Health Check and the free 20-minute Technical Health Check Review are informational and come with no obligation to purchase anything.

The service

CreatorOps provides ongoing remote technical operations, administration, troubleshooting and advisory support for systems agreed during onboarding. An onboarding meeting and up to one scheduled 20–30 minute service review per month, when useful, are included. Requests are handled during normal New Zealand business hours, with urgent operational issues prioritised. After-hours help is by arrangement and charged separately according to scope and requirements.

Major migrations, substantial implementations, development, substantial new automation, large infrastructure changes, hardware projects and other work materially outside the agreed environment are separately scoped and quoted.

Fees

The default monthly offer is NZ$995 per month plus NZ$750 onboarding. At signup, the initial charge is NZ$1,745: NZ$750 onboarding and NZ$995 for the first month. The service is then billed NZ$995 monthly in advance. These are current New Zealand dollar prices; no GST is added at present.

The NZ$750 onboarding fee consists of NZ$200 for setup and capacity reservation, non-refundable once you accept the engagement and reserve capacity, and NZ$550 for implementation, refundable until substantive onboarding starts. An onboarding meeting, account or environment review, configuration, access review or technical assessment can start substantive onboarding. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Optional prepayment: six months of service is NZ$5,671.50 after a 5% service discount, plus NZ$750 onboarding, totalling NZ$6,421.50. Annual prepayment is NZ$11,940 for 12 months of service, with onboarding included. Both prepaid options are commitments for the prepaid term. Once that service period begins, prepaid service fees are not normally refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment is by card through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Third-party licences, subscriptions, domains, hosting, hardware, contractors and external services are customer-funded unless expressly included. Those costs generally need to be paid in advance; CreatorOps is not required to incur third-party expenditure until cleared payment has been received.

Your responsibilities

• Providing timely access to the accounts, systems, and information needed to deliver the service.
• Nominating a Client Representative (primary operational authority), Billing Contact, Authorised Requestors and Purchasing Approvers. You may also name a Security/Escalation Contact. One person may hold all roles; you are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority.
• Ensuring normal requestors do not approve material extra spending unless also nominated as Purchasing Approvers. Sensitive, destructive or security-relevant changes may need confirmation from the Client Representative. Conflicting instructions pause affected work until the agreed authority resolves them.
• Granting access through invitations, delegated admin, SSO or another owner-approved method. Do not send passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes, private keys, API secrets or tokens, or credit card details.
• Responding to reasonable requests for information in a timely way — CreatorOps is async-friendly, but not psychic.

Cancellation & changes

Service is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current paid billing period. The current paid service period is not prorated, and no further recurring service fee is charged after it ends.

Liability

CreatorOps will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, CreatorOps isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period the issue relates to. This clause is intended as a general starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before being relied on.

Intellectual property

Documentation, configuration, and process material created for you as part of the service belongs to you. Any pre-existing tools, scripts, or methodology CreatorOps brings to the engagement remain CreatorOps' property.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by New Zealand law, reflecting where CreatorOps operates from. Confirm this is appropriate for your situation before relying on it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
